I have always excelled in the sciences. I am available to tutor students in chemistry, physics, and other science subjects. I can also help students prepare for standardized exams. I received my degree in Chemistry with a minor in Theater from Russell Sage College, where I graduated magna cum laude. I have extensive tutoring experience, and I have worked with students of all ages and walks of life. It has been a privilege to tutor students in the sciences and I have truly enjoyed the experience. As a tutor I work patiently with all of my students. I determine what aspects of a subject a student is struggling with and we work towards developing their understanding of those areas. Regardless of a student's level of interest in a subject, I will work with them and try to show them that learning can be enjoyable and fun! I will use whatever methods or resources work best for my students to help them reach their fullest potential. When I'm not tutoring students I enjoy spending time outside on hikes or bike rides.
